Meet the couple behind VikingRx

We’re Zach and Desirée—and we’ve never been very good at doing things the ordinary way.

We’re husband and wife, best friends, parents of four, fighters, and homesteaders. We’ve built our life around pushing ourselves, staying curious, and refusing to settle for less than our best.

For us, optimizing human potential isn’t a trend—it’s a way of life. We don’t believe in accepting limitations simply because they’re considered “normal,” and we’re not willing to accept that getting older means slowing down, feeling worse, or lowering the bar.

We believe there’s always another level to reach, another question to ask, and another way to become stronger, healthier, and more capable. And when something matters to us, we don’t let much stand in our way.

VikingRx grew from that mindset. We created it because we believe healthcare should do more than manage decline or tell people to accept how they feel. It should help people understand their health, take an active role in it, and pursue what’s possible for them.

01What happens after I submit my intake?

Your information is reviewed by a licensed clinician who considers your health history, concerns, goals, and other relevant context. Additional information or laboratory testing may be requested when appropriate.

02Will everyone qualify for treatment?

Not necessarily. A clinician determines whether telehealth care and a specific treatment option are appropriate based on your individual health information and clinical needs. Availability may also vary by location.

03If prescribed, how do I get my medication?

If a prescription is issued, your medication will be shipped directly to your door. Injectable medications arrive pre-mixed and ready to use, along with all necessary supplies, including syringes and needles. Detailed instructions are provided so you can begin treatment with confidence.

04How is blood work handled?

If laboratory testing is needed, your clinician will provide a lab order that can be completed at a local laboratory. Once your results are available, they are sent directly to your VikingRx clinician for review as part of your ongoing care.

In some cases, recent blood work you have already completed may be accepted, provided it includes the necessary tests and falls within an appropriate timeframe. Your clinician will let you know if existing results can be used or if updated testing is recommended.

The type of lab work required—and how often it may be repeated—varies based on your health history, treatment plan, and the clinician's assessment. Any recommendations for testing are made on an individual basis to support safe and informed care.
